Welcome
All living humans and animals depend on O2 as the key molecule for energy production. The interdisciplinary meeting of the International Society on O2 Transport to Tissue (ISOTT) covers all aspects of O2 transport from air to the cells and organisms; instrumentation and methods to sense O2 and experimental evidence. Traditionally, this conference is a place where lively discussions occur at a high scientific level, in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and mutual interest.
The ISOTT 2010 conference will take place at the Centro Stefano Franscini, the conference center of ETH Zurich located at Monte Verità, the hill above Ascona, on the Lake Maggiore, in southern Switzerland.
